About The Opportunity

A dynamic force in the Quick-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) manufacturing sector, we specialize in agile, demand-driven production systems that scale with e-commerce velocity. Our operations fuse lean manufacturing principles with real-time planning tooling to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of high-volume consumer products—even amid rapidly shifting digital demand signals.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end production scheduling for D2C SKUs, aligning capacity, labor, and raw material availability with daily order forecasts.
- Monitor shop floor execution in real time using MES/ERP dashboards, escalate bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions to meet OTD targets.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Demand Planning to de-risk supply chain gaps and synchronize production cycles with e-commerce fulfillment windows.
- Develop and maintain production control KPIs—OEE, cycle time, throughput variance—and lead root cause analysis for underperformance.
- Implement lean tools (value stream mapping, kanban, line balancing) to reduce changeover times and improve throughput efficiency.




- Lead daily production review huddles, ensuring cross-functional alignment between planning, production, and QA teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- ERP systems (SAP MM/PP, Oracle WMS, or similar)
- Production planning & control
- Lean manufacturing
- Capacity planning
- OEE tracking
- Shop floor execution
- Microsoft Excel (advanced pivot tables, macros)
- Kanban systems

Preferred

- Experience in D2C or e-commerce fulfillment environments
- familiarity with MES platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens SIMATIC)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Black Belt principles
