We're looking for a salesperson — NOT just a caller.

Nuwave Music helps aspiring artists turn their musical dreams into professional releases.

With 18+ years of experience, the company helps artists go from having an idea and ambition to releasing their debut professional song — covering areas such as songwriting, vocal training, composition, production and marketing.

What makes this role different

You're selling a transformation, not just a product.

Prospects come in because they want to start their journey toward fulfilling their dream of becoming a professional artist.

Your job is to understand where they are today, what they want to achieve, what's holding them back and which Nuwave program is genuinely right for them — then guide them toward a decision.

You'll speak with inbound prospects, understand their goals, explain the right program, handle objections, follow up consistently and convert qualified prospects into customers.

Your Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales calls from prospects
- Conduct discovery calls and understand the prospect's musical goals, background and aspirations
- Build trust through consultative and professional conversations
- Understand whether the prospect is a fit for the relevant Nuwave program
- Explain the program, process, outcomes and value clearly
- Handle objections around price, timing and decision-making
- Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't yet made a decision
- Manage leads and sales activity accurately

Follow-up is a major part of this role.

Who We're Looking For

You should have:





- 2+ years of experience as a sales closer
- Experience in high-ticket B2C sales
- Strong discovery, objection handling and closing skills
- Experience managing follow-ups and sales pipelines
- Strong CRM discipline
- Fluent Punjabi is mandatory
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Confidence selling to international prospects, particularly US, Canada and Australia
- Ability to conduct sales conversations through phone and video calls
- Solid negotiation and sales psychology skills
- Professional presentation and communication

Experience in the music, creator, coaching or education industry is a plus — but strong closing ability is more important.

Compensation

₹25,000–₹30,000/month Fixed
