Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager with strong experience in selling Digital Marketing services to international clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling international markets, generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing B2B sales for digital marketing services.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, where the candidate will independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent international clients for digital marketing services.
- Handle end-to-end B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Sell services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Content Marketing, and other digital marketing solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients across international markets.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations,



and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Generate business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to create suitable proposals and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM records.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably in a Digital Marketing agency.
- Proven experience selling Digital Marketing services to international clients.
- Strong experience working with international markets and B2B clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle independently.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and ability to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Comfortable working Night Shifts and independently managing sales activities.
