Job Description

Frankfinn is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Noida. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for entering data into computer systems, managing document filing tasks, performing daily office activities, and attending to customer calls.

Responsibilities

- Accurately enter data into computer systems and maintain databases.
- Organize and manage document filing tasks to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with daily office activities to support smooth operations.
- Receive and handle calls from customers in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in back office or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
