Role Description The PSPCL and Site Inspection Executive is a full time hybrid role based in Ludhiana, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves coordinating with PSPCL (Punjab State Power Corporation Limited) and other relevant authorities for approvals, documentation, and compliance related to solar and renewable energy projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, assessing technical feasibility, verifying installations against design and regulatory standards, and preparing detailed inspection reports.



The executive will support project managers and engineers by tracking project progress, following up on permits and inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients and internal teams, and helping resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of power utility processes, especially PSPCL procedures, grid connectivity, and basic electrical or solar system concepts.
- Experience in site inspections, fieldwork, and technical verification of installations for solar or other energy projects.
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and maintaining project records, including inspection checklists and compliance files.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with clients, contractors, government officials, and internal teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, site layouts, and basic engineering documents related to solar or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards during site activities.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking software, and mobile inspection apps.
- Relevant education in engineering, technology, or a related field (e.g., diploma or degree in electrical, civil, or renewable energy preferred).
- Prior experience in solar, renewable energy, or utility coordination roles in Punjab or similar regions is an advantage.
- Valid willingness to travel to project
