Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.- Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules.- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.- Maintain employee records and HR databases.- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.- Coordinate payroll-related information with the accounts/payroll team.- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.- Handle employee grievances and coordinate resolutions.- Assist management with HR-related administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.- Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Employee Relations: Addressing staff queries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll. Engagement/Training: Assisting with employee engagement activities and arranging training sessions.
