Key Responsibilities

- Provide academic, emotional, social, and behavioral counseling to students.

- Identify and address students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional concerns.

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.

- Guide students on career planning, subject selection, and future opportunities.

- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ overall development.

- Conduct workshops on life skills, stress management, communication, and mental well-being.

- Maintain confidential counseling records and student progress reports.

- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies on student welfare and safety.

Qualification

- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Clinical Psychology.

- Diploma/Certification in School Counseling will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CBSE/English-medium school.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening, and counseling skills.

- Empathetic, approachable, and committed to student well-being.
