Job Description
HIRING | PEOPLE & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – CAMBRIDGE & IB ?
Location: Pimpri, Pune
Experience: 3–7 Years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Train and develop educators on Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Levels, IB MYP and IBDP
• Design and conduct teacher training and professional development programs
• Develop structured teacher onboarding and academic orientation programs
• Assess teacher curriculum knowledge, lesson planning and teaching demonstrations
• Conduct teacher observations and provide structured feedback
• Identify training gaps and create development plans
• Support academic recruitment and curriculum-based educator screening
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and performance coordination
• Build and maintain training calendars and teacher performance records
• Create academic SOPs, teacher handbooks, curriculum resources and knowledge repositories
• Support employee engagement, communication and conflict resolution
• Improve People & Academic Operations processes and systems
