Make It Uniquely Yours.** You will lead change management for the S4/HANA and o9 Planning Transformation program, ensuring that people, processes, and ways of working evolve successfully alongside new systems and capabilities. Your primary focus will be on driving adoption, managing resistance, and embedding sustainable change across the organization, with a particular emphasis on data management, data governance and related data sub-workstreams (master data, business data & data analytics). This is a crucial role to lay out Mondelez Digital 2030 ambition and deploy an enterprise data culture. SAP S/4 HANA and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey that provides a significant opportunity to transform business capabilities. Success depends not only on technology deployment, but on how well the organization embraces new ways of managing data including stronger data governance and data quality monitoring practices. **Key contribution of the role will be in the following spaces:** + Drive adoption of new ways of working and an operating model that improves data maturity, organizational readiness, data quality, trusted reporting, and future AI readiness + Enable and sustain new roles and responsibilities introduced through data governance (e.g., Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Custodians), including capability building, engagement, and activation of communities of practice **How you will contribute** You will: + **Act as a change partner** and be accountablefor end-to-end change management across the Data Governance and related data sub-workstreams (master data, business data & data analytics). + **Identify and assess** the organizational change impacts resulting from new data processes, governance frameworks, tools, and ways of working. + **Develop** **and execute** change management strategies, communication plans, and training roadmaps tailored to data transformation initiatives. + **Define, design,** **and deliver** strategic change interventions (stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, training, business readiness activities). + **Support** **change management capability** across the organization and coach project stakeholders, people managers, and change champions on adoption best practices. + **Collaborate cross-functionally with BUs** , Functions, MDS, business process owners, Data Governance personas, and regional leadership to ensure alignment. + Measure and Monitor the effectiveness of change strategies using adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and feedback loops. + **Drive stakeholder engagement** at all levels to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to current ways of working, including governance frameworks and Enterprise data governance tools such as Ataccama. + **Work with leaders to create** a compelling change story and case for change that promotes Data Governance practices and fosters a data-driven culture.
**What you will bring** + 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a strong track record of leading change on large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs + Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required or strongly preferred + Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field + Demonstrated ability to influence senior-level leaders across functions and business units and drive alignment around change priorities + Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and/or o9 planning platforms is a must. Exposure to data governance, data management, or data & analytics environments only will be selected for interview - (deep technical data expertise is not required) A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: **More about this role** **What you need to know about this position:** + This role is part of the S4/o9 Program and reports into the Regional Business Data Lead, with dotted line to the Regional Change Management Lead + You will be a core member of the regional S4/o9 team, partnering with leaders across functions as well as the Global Transformation Office + Travel may be required to support deployment waves and stakeholder engagement activities + This is a program-based role aligned to the transformation timeline **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + Experience designing and delivering organizational readiness and adoption measurement frameworks + Familiarity with data stewardship models and data governance concepts (not hands-on technical expertise) + Prior experience in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments + Experience supporting multi-wave, multi-region ERP deployments + Experience building and leading change champion networks **Education / Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Management, or related field + Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) strongly preferred **Job specific requirements:** **SKILLS & COMPETENCIES** + Strategic thinking - Ability to translate data transformation objectives into actionable change plans. + Stakeholder management - Skilled at influencing without authority and building coalitions across diverse teams. + Analytical mindset - Comfortable with data concepts, governance frameworks, and analytics tools. + Coaching & facilitation - Ability to coach leaders and teams through ambiguity and resistance. + Communication - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives. + Project management - Strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities. + Cultural sensitivity - Experience working across multiple regions and cultures.
