Summary:

The role involves managing client templates migration in Cash Digital Channel and Payment File Format, ensuring accuracy and operational continuity. The position requires technical support provision, risk identification, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve issues before client impact.

Responsibilities:

- Plan client templates migration to meet required timelines while ensuring no client impact.
- Leverage automated tools to set up new CDF templates for each client, test each template for accuracy, completeness, and readiness, and deploy to clients in production.
- Identify potential migration risks or incompatibilities early and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide technical support to clients on queries, issues, or defects, including investigation and remediation of new template issues.
- Act as a point of contact for issues arising during template analysis, migration, testing, or client transition.
- Investigate root causes of migration failures, data mapping gaps, or template incompatibilities.
- Track issues, exceptions, and resolutions in a structured manner, escalating where appropriate.
- Support interim workarounds or controlled solutions to minimize client disruption during transition.
- Maintain accurate records of template status, migration progress, and key risks.
- Contribute to reporting on migration progress, thematic issues, and operational risks.




- Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and propose improvements to analysis or migration processes.

Requirements:

- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Cash Digital Channel, Payment File Format, Testing.
- Bachelor&rsquos; Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline

Required Skills:

- Exposure to banking payment initiation formats or digital channels.
- Experience analyzing structured payment files or templates (e.g., CSV, flat files, XML, or similar).
- Experience supporting system or file format migrations in a regulated or operational environment.
- Experience working on remediation, decommissioning, or large-scale client transition programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data mapping or transformation issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple templates, issues, and stakeholders concurrently.
- Familiarity with structured issue tracking, reporting, or governance processes.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
