Lead the functional management of Oracle EBS Finance modules including AP AR GL FA CM and Treasury

Gather and analyze business requirements conducting fit gap analysis to translate needs into functional specifications

Design and document custom functional solutions when standard Oracle functionality does not meet business needs

Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and validate delivered solutions

Provide expertise in Oracle EBS Finance configurations customizations and integrations to enhance financial processes and reporting

Ensure compliance with financial regulations internal controls and audit readiness within Oracle EBS environments

Create and maintain process documentation training materials and knowledge base content for users and support teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end to end Oracle EBS Finance module lifecycle including requirement gathering configuration testing and deployment





Act as the primary liaison between finance teams IT and implementation partners to ensure seamless Oracle EBS Finance operations

Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for changes in Oracle EBS Finance systems

Provide ongoing application support including issue resolution root cause analysis and continuous improvements

Analyze and troubleshoot issues using SQL queries and collaborate with developers for debugging using PLSQL when needed

Work with third party systems to support and troubleshoot integration points such as bank integrations and treasury tools

Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to Oracle EBS Finance

Mentor junior team members and share best practices within the Oracle EBS Finance domain

Monitor system performance and support UAT to ensure high quality deliverables
