Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-12 months (Contract to Hire, may extend based on business needs)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Salary: 3 - 5.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment

• Talent sourcing and pipeline building through Naukri, job portals, and referrals

• Screening and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements

• Coordinating with candidates for interviews and follow-ups

• Effective stakeholder communication

• Maintaining tracking reports and sourcing metrics

Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience in talent sourcing and recruitment support

• Strong understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Excellent Boolean String Knowledge

• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced workplace
