Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant with strong expertise in Claims & Returns, Returns Management, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales & Billing, Pricing, Credit/Debit Memo processing, and Delivery processes. The candidate should have a strong understanding of SD integration with MM and FI and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) processes across the end-to-end OTC lifecycle.
- Handle Claims & Returns Management, including return orders, return deliveries, inspection, refunds/credits, and related business processes.
- Design and implement Returns Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and support Sales Order, Delivery, Picking, Goods Issue, Billing, and Accounting processes.
- Work extensively on pricing procedures, condition techniques, discounts, surcharges, taxes, and pricing determination.
- Configure and support Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Credit/Debit Memo Requests, and related billing processes.
- Manage delivery processes, including delivery creation, picking, packing, PGI, delivery blocks, and output-related processes.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to SD transactional and master-data processes.
- Support business requirements, functional specifications, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure seamless SD-MM and SD-FI integration,



including inventory movements, account determination, revenue postings, tax postings, and billing-to-FI integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams to identify requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and integrations.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and regression testing.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, knowledge-transfer sessions, and client meetings.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD.
- Claims & Returns – Mandatory.
- Strong expertise in SAP Returns Management.
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience with Sales Order Management and Billing.
- Strong knowledge of Pricing and Condition Technique.
- Hands-on experience with Credit Memo and Debit Memo processes.
- Strong understanding of Outbound Delivery and Logistics Execution processes.
- Good knowledge of SD-MM integration.
- Good knowledge of SD-FI integration, including account determination and billing accounting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with business users, clients, and cross-functional teams.
