We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP GTS Consultant with deep functional expertise and proven integration experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and support robust trade compliance and customs management solutions across global operations.

Required Qualifications

- SAP GTS Compliance Management: Proven experience configuring and managing compliance processes—including export/import controls, sanctions screening (OFAC, EU, UN), restricted party screening (RPS), and regulatory compliance (EAR, ITAR, dual-use items).
- SAP GTS Customs Management: Hands-on expertise in customs processing, tariff classification (HTS/HS codes), duty/tax calculation (VAT, GST, anti-dumping), clearance workflows, and automated documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin).
- SAP GTS Trade Preference Management: Experience implementing trade preference programs (e.g., USMCA, EU-GCC, ASEAN), preferential duty claims, and audit-ready documentation for customs authorities.
- SAP SD Integration: Strong understanding of GTS–SD integration points: pricing (condition types, tax), output determination (customs forms, export docs), and end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) alignment.
- ECC/S/4HANA Feeder System Configuration: Ability to configure and maintain feeder systems (ECC → GTS, S/4HANA → GTS) ensuring real-time sync, data integrity, and automation of master data (material, vendor, customer, plant).
- IDOC Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in monitoring/debugging IDOCs (INVOIC, DESADV, ORDERS) across GTS interfaces using WE02, WE09, SM58.
- Basic ABAP Debugging & Enhancements: Capable of performing ABAP debugging (SE37, SE38, SAT) and supporting functional analysis—including custom logic via BADIs, user exits, or enhancements.
- Functional Specification & Testing: Demonstrated ability to author FRs, test scripts, and execute UAT (unit, integration, regression) aligned with business and compliance requirements.




- Business Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Skilled in translating business needs into GTS-driven solutions: process mapping (BPMN), gap analysis, solution design, and AS-IS/TO-BE documentation.
- Regulatory & Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with global trade regulations (FDA, USDA, EPA, REACH, RoHS), compliance frameworks (C-TPAT, AEO), and industry-specific requirements (aerospace, pharma, automotive).

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Fiori & UI5: Exposure to GTS-related Fiori apps (e.g., sanctions screening, customs processing) and basic UI5 customization knowledge.
- Agile/Scrum: Experience in Agile/Scrum teams using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps—working cross-functionally with Business, IT, Logistics, and Compliance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP GTS modules across compliance, customs, and trade preference domains.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and ensure regulatory alignment across regions.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant trade solutions that meet evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and go-live support while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide technical and functional leadership during audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews.
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices across global GTS implementation teams.
- Stay current with SAP roadmap updates, GTS enhancements, and emerging trade compliance technologies.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP GTS.
- At least 3 full-cycle SAP GTS implementation projects (preferably including S/4HANA migration).
- SAP GTS certification is highly preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – GTS).
