We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive Buidrevu's growth across mid-size contractors, consultants, and developers in India. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and be a key voice in shaping how we position and price the product for the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect mid-size general contractors, consulting firms, and real estate developers running multiple concurrent projects (₹50–500 crore range)
Run product demos tailored to construction workflows (RFIs, drawing submittals, document control)
Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end: outreach, demo, negotiation, close
Gather customer feedback on pricing, features, and onboarding to shape product and GTM strategy
Build relationships with site engineers, project managers, and procurement/decision-makers across the contractor hierarchy
Represent Buidrevu at regional construction industry events and trade shows
Work closely with the founding team to refine India-specific pricing and messaging

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, PropTech, or construction-adjacent industries




Proven track record of managing a full sales cycle and meeting revenue targets
Comfortable engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders (from site engineers to CXOs)
Robust communication skills in English an; regional language skills ,are a plus

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within India
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred (not mandatory with relevant sales experience)

Nice to Have

Prior experience selling to the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sector
Familiarity with construction workflows: RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, as-builts
Experience selling to multi-tier client structures (Clien
t → Consultant → Contractor → Subcontractor)
