About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that good social media is more than just posting content. You'll be responsible for managing accounts end-to-end - from developing content strategies and calendars to coordinating with creative teams, managing client communication and tracking performance. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently take ownership of accounts, think strategically, communicate confidently with clients and ensure that ideas actually make it from the plan to the feed.

What You'll Do:

● Own the day-to-day management of assigned social media accounts and ensure smooth execution of all deliverables.

● Develop content strategies, monthly calendars and content buckets along with the content team, aligned with the brand's objectives, audience and communication goals.

● Ideate and develop content concepts across formats, including static posts, carousels, reels, stories and topical content.

● Write and/or develop content briefs, hooks and communication directions for the creative team.

● Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, video teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

● Manage client communication on a day-to-day basis - sharing plans, taking feedback, providing updates and ensuring clear alignment.

● Proactively identify opportunities to improve the brand's social presence rather than simply executing the existing plan.

● Manage content publishing, scheduling and basic platform requirements to ensure timely execution.

● Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports, insights and actionable recommendations.

● Track important metrics and use performance learnings to refine future content and strategy.

● Stay updated on relevant social media trends, formats,



platform updates and evolving content behaviours.

● Ensure timelines, approvals and internal processes are followed across accounts.

● Work independently while collaborating with the Team Lead whenever strategic guidance, escalation or additional support is required.

What We're Looking For

● 3+ years of experience in social media management, content or digital marketing.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and what makes content work for different audiences.

● Good content strategy and ideation skills, with the ability to turn a brand objective into relevant social content.

● Strong communication skills - you should know how to write a good content brief.

● Confident client-facing communication and the ability to manage feedback professionally.

● Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

● A proactive mindset - someone who spots gaps, asks the right questions and takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

● Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from performance data.

● Comfortable working with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel and social media scheduling/reporting platforms.

● Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
