We are hiring for our sister company Infosec Ventures, and we are on a mission to make the word cyber safe. We are looking for full-time recruiters who will hire Tech Developers, Sales Managers, and other roles for us and our other companies at scale.

You will build effective candidate generation and sourcing strategies for quality hiring as well as niche positions in software development while ensuring a outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated the ability to hire quality candidates, and at breakneck speed.

The only major ask is that you have to hire software developers and sales managers in big numbers.

Responsibilities

 Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical & competency-based requirements of the role and determine an optimal recruitment process for software developers and architects.

 Own the full cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent





 Design & implement innovative recruitment & sourcing strategies that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner

 Conduct resume and screenings to assess candidates compatibility

 Pull, analyze & manipulate data & gather market intelligence to ensure you make data driven decisions & provide ongoing feedback to managers

 Ensure positive candidate experience & hiring manager satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

 Applicants should possess 1-2 years of TA experience.

 Expertise with hands-on full life cycle recruiting with a proven track record of success filling challenging Technical + Sales roles

 Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in recruiting platforms

 Proven organizational skills with attention to detail

 Highly energized and self-driven with a great passion for recruitment

 Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills

 Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
