We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our business across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.

This is a full-time, in-office role where you will work directly with the business owner and take responsibility for improving marketplace visibility, sales, advertising performance and overall account growth.

We are looking for someone who has practical experience managing marketplace seller accounts and understands how to increase orders, not someone who only handles routine order processing or catalogue uploads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts
- Optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, keywords, descriptions and search terms
- Analyze competitors, pricing, offers, reviews and product positioning
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns
- Monitor impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS and sales
- Identify products with growth potential and develop strategies to increase their sales
- Identify reasons for low-performing products and take corrective action
- Improve organic visibility and keyword rankings
- Manage pricing, promotions, coupons and marketplace offers
- Monitor inventory,



returns, cancellations and account health
- Analyze daily and weekly sales data and identify growth opportunities
- Regularly test different listings, pricing, advertising and promotional strategies
- Prepare performance reports and discuss results and action plans with the business owner
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, features and changing algorithms
- Work towards increasing profitable sales, not just revenue

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Experience with Flipkart and Meesho is strongly preferred
- Good understanding of e-commerce SEO, keyword research and listing optimization
- Ability to analyze marketplace data and make decisions based on numbers
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of results
- Candidates who have personally managed and grown marketplace accounts will be preferred

Compensation: 18,000-20,000
