Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Tech Training & Quality Management vertical. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and operational efficiency by designing robust training frameworks and quality assurance protocols. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, delivery heads, and global stakeholders to ensure our technical workforce remains at the cutting edge of industry standards. By driving process excellence and implementing high-impact knowledge management strategies, you will directly influence the scalability of our technical operations and the overall quality of our service delivery, ensuring we maintain a competitive advantage in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive IT training programs that align with organizational goals to upskill technical teams on emerging technologies and best practices.

- Establish and monitor rigorous quality assurance benchmarks across all technical workflows to ensure consistent service delivery and minimize operational risks.

- Lead process excellence initiatives by identifying bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle and implementing TQM methodologies to enhance productivity.

- Partner with leadership to develop performance management frameworks that translate technical training outcomes into measurable business growth.

- Oversee the end-to-end instructional design and eLearning strategy to provide scalable, self-paced learning solutions for a global workforce.





- Facilitate Agile training sessions to foster a culture of iterative development and continuous improvement within technical squads.

- Manage knowledge repositories and documentation standards to ensure seamless information flow and reduced time-to-competency for new hires.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying large-scale IT training interventions that drive measurable improvements in technical proficiency.

- Proven ability to implement Quality Assurance and TQM frameworks within complex IT environments, ensuring adherence to global delivery standards.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate the business value of training and quality initiatives.

- Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies and the use of modern eLearning tools to create engaging, high-impact learning experiences.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to coach teams on adopting iterative workflows to improve project outcomes.

- A background from a Tier 1 institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong analytical mindset and a track record of academic and professional excellence.

- Adaptability to thrive in a distributed work setting, with the ability to manage remote teams and stakeholders across multiple locations effectively.

- Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in a leadership capacity within IT training, quality management, or process excellence functions.
