Our platform combines structured data collection, healthcare and wellness assessments, rule-based intelligence, explainable recommendations and personalised programs. We are also building a connected ecosystem of healthcare devices and measurement systems to improve the quality and depth of wellness data.

- Part-time: 20–25 hours/week

- No fixed salary at the current stage; compensation will evolve after funding and revenue stabilisation

Key Responsibilities

- Healthcare Device Strategy — Define the device ecosystem required to collect reliable and clinically relevant data across HiWox's 9 wellness dimensions.

- Device & Instrument Mapping — Identify and map appropriate devices, instruments and technologies to specific health and wellness parameters.

- Parameter & Data Mapping — Define what each device measures, measurement methodology, data format, frequency, accuracy and relevance to HiWox's intelligence system.

- Device Evaluation — Research and evaluate existing healthcare and wellness devices based on accuracy, reliability, usability, cost, scalability, certifications and integration capabilities.

- Third-Party Device Integration — Identify suitable third-party devices, wearables, sensors and APIs that can be integrated into the HiWox ecosystem.





- Connected Health Ecosystem — Help design the architecture for collecting biometric, physiological, activity and other measurable wellness data through devices and sensors.

- Product & R&D; Collaboration — Work closely with healthcare scientists, data scientists, product designers and developers to translate device data into usable product features.

- Device-Based Assessments — Help develop standardised protocols for collecting, validating and interpreting measurements obtained through healthcare devices.

- Data Quality & Validation — Establish processes to assess measurement accuracy, consistency, reliability and data quality before information enters the HiWox intelligence system.

- Future Device Development — Identify opportunities for developing or customising proprietary devices, sensors or measurement systems aligned with HiWox's long-term IP and R&D; roadmap.

- Vendor & Technology Partnerships — Identify and build relationships with device manufacturers, healthcare technology companies, research organisations and technology partners.

- Scalability & Commercialisation — Help evaluate device procurement, deployment, maintenance, operating costs and scalability across homes, gyms, hospitals, corporates and other partner locations.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in healthcare devices, medical devices, diagnostics, biomedical engineering, health technology,



wearables or connected health

- Robust understanding of healthcare measurement devices and physiological/biometric parameters

- Experience evaluating or developing healthcare devices, sensors or wearables

- Understanding of device data, APIs, IoT or health-data integration is an advantage

- Knowledge of healthcare device standards, validation and regulatory considerations

- Strong ability to research emerging healthcare technologies and identify practical applications

- Experience working with manufacturers, device companies, hospitals, research organisations or healthcare institutions is preferred

- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership of a new healthcare technology ecosystem

Key Outcome

The primary objective of this role is to help HiWox build a reliable and scalable Healthcare Device & Data Layer that can continuously capture high-quality measurable wellness data and feed it into HiWox's personalised wellness intelligence system.

Equity-Based Founding Opportunity

This is an ownership-oriented opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to building HiWox from an early stage.

Equity will be considered based on contribution, expertise, responsibility, time commitment and long-term involvement. Core founding team members will follow a structured vesting arrangement, typically over 5 years.
