Job Summary

Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead teams, monitor performance, and ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, decision-making, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, manage, and motivate the operations team to achieve business targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
Set performance goals and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth business operations.
Prepare and review operational reports and performance data.
Develop and improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.




Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance and feedback.
Support management in implementing current strategies and operational improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and high-pressure situations.
Good knowledge of operational processes and performance monitoring.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Candidates based in Surat are preferred.
Must be comfortable working the 3:00 PM 3:00 AM shift.
