About the role
Lead the delivery of the Global Digital Transformation roadmap, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives across regions, business units, IT teams, and external partners.
The primary focus during the first 12-18 months will be the corporate website replatforming program and the harmonization of the digital and e-commerce ecosystem.
You will act as the central orchestrator across teams, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and successful delivery in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment (regions, business units, IT teams, and external partners).
1. Key responsibilities
Program leadership & delivery
o Own end-to-end delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives (replatforming to reduce and rationalize the number of fragmented corporate and product websites over time)
o Ensure programs deliver measurable business value and performance impact
o Drive prioritization based on business impact, user value and ROI
o Manage timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery milestones
o Ensure structured execution across internal teams, IT, and external partners
Cross-functional coordination
o Act as the primary bridge between Business Units, IT, agencies and the Digital CoE (translation of needs into execution)
o Ensure clear ownership boundaries between Digital and IT
o Work in close partnership with IT Architecture to ensure business-driven and scalable platform delivery




o Align stakeholders and drive clear roles, responsibilities, and sequencing
o Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional challenges
o Drive executive communication and reporting
Governance & structuring
o Define and implement program governance, operating model and ways of working
o Structure roadmap, sequencing and delivery approach
o Monitor progress against milestones
o Manage external vendors and system integrators (scope, performance, cost)
o Escalate and resolve delivery risks
o Ensure accountability across workstreams
Change & Adoption
o Coordinate rollout and adoption activities
o Support communication and training plans
o Ensure business readiness across markets
Vendor & Agency Management
Coordinate delivery partners
Monitor agency performance
Ensure contractual commitments are met
2. What we are looking for
o 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, ideally in complex global environments
o Experience leading enterprise-wide website replatforming programs
o Experience managing multi-country digital programs
o Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT teams




o Familiarity with CMS (Optimizely mandatory), MarTech and Digital Experience platforms
o Structured mindset with strong planning, prioritization and execution skills
o Experience working with external vendors and system integrators
