### Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer RFQs and provide timely quotations.

* Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Coordinate business programs and ensure smooth execution.

* Identify new business opportunities and generate new clients.

* Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with customers.

* Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

* Track and report business development activities.

* Work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.

* Good knowledge of RFQ handling and customer management.

* Experience in business development and client acquisition.

* Strong sales pipeline management skills.

* Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

* Good relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Positive communication skills – verbal and written.

* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
