The Inside Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with parents to understand their child’s learning needs, and present Playto Labs’ products and classes in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos or consultations over phone and video, managing follow-ups, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The Inside Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, coordinate with the operations and academic teams for smooth onboarding, and work consistently to enhance customer satisfaction. This role also involves resolving basic customer queries, gathering feedback, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
