Location: Pune
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 Take Home
Incentives: Unlimited, based on performance
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday + 4th Sunday
Login Timings: 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM & 1:30 AM

We are looking for candidates with solid communication skills and experience in third-party collections. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, following up on outstanding payments, negotiating payment solutions, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle third-party collection calls and customer follow-ups
Resolve payment-related queries professionally
Negotiate and secure payments as per process guidelines
Meet daily, weekly and monthly collection targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and collection procedures
