Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong experience in the BFSI / Financial Services domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership
- Experience in process optimization, quality management, and performance management
- Strong client/stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Good understanding of financial concepts, data analysis, and operational KPIs
- Exposure to process improvement / business re-engineering initiatives
- Experience in Transition, Analytics, or Quality Assurance is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and process improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams
- Monitor quality, KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive cost optimization and effective resource management
- Oversee projects and ensure timely, quality delivery
