Job Description:

6. Responsible for Warehouse Management on daily operations efficiently and ensure stock integrity is maintained in SAP system.
7. Monthly Physical Inventory –Finished Goods, Raw Materials i.e. Aluminum Coils, Lacquers, Packaging Materials, Lids, Scrap, etc.
8. Physical checking of FG Cans before executing the loading in containers/trucks with duly signature on loading slips.
9. Physical checking of produced FG pallets on daily basis to avoid any mismatch of stock.
10. Following FIFO /FEFO for all Warehouse Stock- Raw Materials and Finished Goods.

Deliver the Best and Right services to our Internal and External Customers.
12. Reducing the Cost of Packaging Material i.e. (Consuming more returnable packaging received from customers)
13. Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock.
14. Following and Maintaining ISO procedures, WCM activities, 5-S practices and sustaining the same.
15. Ensure SAP systems and procedures to maintain stock accuracy of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Lids, Packaging Materials and Alu-scrap, etc.
16. Monitoring of documents and records as per IMS-required standards.
17. Monitoring Returnable packaging material receipts / issuance from all customers and reconciliation of all packaging materials.
18. Monitoring of Aluminum Scrap loading and dispatches.
19. Monitoring Receipts and Issuance of Raw Materials.
20. Maintaining Good Housekeeping in Warehouse and surrounding areas.
Will be responsible for clean and secure work area (5S, GMP ISO, IMS, WCM and HACCP stems must be strictly observed).
