Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, HRSD, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work extensively on ITSM and HRSD implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows/Flows.
- Write and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Design and implement REST API integrations with external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application and integration issues.
- Follow ITIL best practices while designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
- Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
