Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecounselor/Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients, providing information, offering support, and guiding them through various services or products via telephone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective or existing clients to provide information, support, or services.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Counsel clients on available options, services, or products, ensuring clear understanding.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and outcomes.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
- Identify client needs and help them navigate through available resources or solutions.




- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, patience, basic computer proficiency, data entry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, communications) is a plus.
- Attributes: Compassionate, patient, resilient, professional, reliable, customer-focused, ability to work under pressure.
