Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and manage joining formalities.
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and hiring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
