Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advocate to join our legal practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling High Court Writ Hearings, possess independent case drafting skills, and be capable of representing matters before courts with confidence and professionalism. Experience in taxation matters is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent clients in High Court Writ Hearings and other court proceedings.
- Independently draft legal documents, including petitions, applications, and affidavits.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Attend client meetings and provide legal counsel.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and legal precedents, particularly in taxation.

Qualifications

- Skills:
- Proficiency in legal drafting and court appearances.
- Strong litigation management skills.




- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of taxation laws and procedures (preferred).

- Education:

- Law Degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Admission to the Bar.
