Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our AI Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building production-grade web applications and APIs, owning features from conception to deployment. You will work on end-to-end development, including database schema design, backend service development, and user interface implementation. This is a hands-on role for engineers who thrive in ambiguous environments, influence design decisions, and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Own features end-to-end, including schema design, API development, and UI implementation, with minimal supervision.
- Clarify requirements upfront and proactively identify and communicate ambiguities to minimize rework.
- Design scalable, maintainable systems and make pragmatic architectural trade-offs.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that is easy for others to read, test, and extend.
- Identify and communicate blockers as soon as they arise, rather than at the end of a sprint.
- Collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering stakeholders, fostering an open and transparent work environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural discussions.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Skills

- Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+, async/await, closures).
- Proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture).




- Proficiency in Python for writing production-grade code.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask for building REST APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of schema design, joins, indexing, and query optimization.
- Ability to design scalable systems and make architectural decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools (preferred).
- Experience with agentic frameworks (ADK, LangGraph) (preferred).
- Familiarity with API documentation practices (Swagger / OpenAPI) (preferred).
- Basic DevOps awareness (Docker, CI/CD) (preferred).
- Experience with unit and integration testing (preferred).

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
