The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for translating client requirements into predictable recruitment outcomes. This involves managing recruiters, Team Leads, processes, productivity, and key recruitment metrics.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment operations across multiple teams and clients.
- Allocating requirements based on recruiter capability and workload.
- Monitoring recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and overall productivity.
- Tracking key recruitment metrics including CV submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks within the recruitment funnel.
- Coaching Team Leads and recruiters to enhance performance and improve closure ratios.
- Analyzing replacement cases to identify trends and implement preventative measures.
- Ensuring transparent understanding and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Coordinating effectively with Recruitment and Business Development teams.
- Preparing and presenting weekly recruitment performance reports.
- Establishing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recruitment dashboards.
- Driving improvements in revenue per recruiter.
- Identifying underperforming recruiters and developing targeted improvement plans.
