Qualifications
- 2-4 years of direct U.S. freight brokerage experience.
- Proficiency with DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
- Proven ability to quickly source, negotiate, and secure carrier capacity.
- Solid understanding of carrier compliance, including MC/DOT regulations, insurance requirements, and safety ratings.
- Experience managing high-value, project, or bulk (BBK) shipments.
- Excellent communication skills.
