About the Role

We are seeking motivated Recruitment Partners to assist in hiring delivery executives across India for logistics and e-commerce operations. This is a remote role where you will source candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and earn commission for each successful placement.

Responsibilities

- Source delivery executive candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, educational institutions, and local networks.
- Screen candidates and verify basic eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Track candidate progress through to successful joining.
