Qualifications

• Ability to work with various project management tools like BPMN, TFS, Jira, DevOps, Workflow tools like Microsoft Visio, Wireframe tools like Balsamiq and more.

• Applied skills in MS Office and Presentations.

• Robust analytical skills to analyse given data using tools and techniques.

• Good logic building skills to draw logical insights.

• Professional writing, networking, and communication style with the ability to formulate emails, presentations, and documents.

• Competent to work in an active and diverse environment.

• Embodies an exceptional problem-solving aptitude.

• Recognized with a degree containing techno-functional knowledge with P&C; insurance background/certification.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL, SQL procedures and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Key requirements for the position

• Fundamental understanding of BA planning, management, tools, and techniques.

• Practical knowledge business process frameworks and ability to implement the same.

• Basic awareness of Process Flow creation tools like Lucid Chart, Bizagi, Agile and Integration tools.

• Ability to work on configuration requirements.

• Awareness of performance standards (including any SLAs and KPIs).

• Strong understanding of key business drivers and key stakeholders in each context.

• Key awareness of agile development and functionalities on insurance applications.

• Aware of organizational structure, key functions, offerings, and general policies.

• Recognizes various concepts, jargons,



products employed in IT and P&C; insurance industry.

Job Description

• Interacting in areas of business, understanding the business problems and providing possible solutions and plans for the same. Ability to apply the Configuration skills wherever required.

• Independently eliciting requirements from clients, visualizing and articulating complex requirement in a user story and identify scopes and risks for respective client problems statement.

• Maintaining requirements by ensuring forward and backward traceability for future validation.

• Managing client expectations by presenting a holistic picture of the project, executing sessions for BA team and connecting different stakeholders to enable change.

• Applying business process frameworks to digitize, optimize and transform processes and tools in an integrated manner.

• Performing the management of external stakeholders.

• Evaluating business solutions and their performance measures, identifying Internal Solution Component Dependencies and monitoring UAT responses.

• Monitoring customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with them and keeping them updated through regular interaction.

• Preparing documentation and paperwork as prescribed guidelines or compliance requirements.

• Contributing to the organisational values and following industry and quality practices by actively engaging in the larger learning process.

• Driving concise, structured, and effective communication with peers and clients.
