**What you'll do:** - The Lead Analyst - FP&A; serves as a strategic finance partner supporting Corporate Functional leaders through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. The role drives actionable insights, supports informed decision-making, promotes financial governance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and data-driven solutions. The incumbent is expected to influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and collaborate across global teams to deliver business value. - This position would be an Individual Contributor. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial planning processes for assigned functions. - Partner with business leaders to provide insights on financial performance, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities. - Deliver meaningful variance analysis and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes. - Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and financial models to support decision-making. - Drive process simplification, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. - Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and cost optimization efforts through financial analysis and scenario planning. - Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements, and reporting standards. - Collaborate effectively with global finance teams and stakeholders to deliver shared business objectives.



**Qualifications:** - Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferably. - 9-10 years of FP&A; and accounting experience. **Skills:** - Excellent Analytical skills to interpret financial data, Written and oral communication skills. - Proficiency with MS-Office - particularly Excel, Power Point, Word and other reporting tools - Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools - ORACLE, SAP, EPBCS, etc.. - Experience with Oracle Financials and SAP preferred - Adaptable to varying cultures. - Continuously seeks opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and leverage automation. - Demonstrates learning agility and embraces current tools, technologies, and best practices. - Anticipates future needs and develops scalable solutions. - Challenges existing processes and drives positive change through data-driven insights. - Takes ownership of outcomes and proactively addresses business challenges. - Builds trusted partnerships across functions, regions. - Collaborates effectively, shares knowledge, and contributes to team success. - Good interpersonal skills - ability to work with all levels of the organization. - Systematic process orientation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Commitment to compliance - Be a self-starter & be able to operate without close supervision - Drive for result, enthusiasm, transparent, Customer focus - Influencing skills with relationship building with the customers and stakeholders
