Acquire recent customers for banking products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment products. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and provide financial product guidance. Manage daily branch/back-office operational activities. Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions and documentation. Follow KYC, AML, RBI, and internal compliance guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, loan processing, and issue resolution. Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and audit standards. Support customer onboarding and digital banking services. Ensure high-quality customer service and quick issue resolution.
