The Data Modeler will beresponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models that support ourbusiness needs. This role involves working closely with product owners, SMEs, and dataarchitects to understand business requirements and translate them into logical andphysical data models. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dimensional datamodelling and proficiency with Healthcare Domain specifically on the Provider side,Experience in IBM UDMH model.Key Responsibilities:• Data Modelling : Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physicaldata models to meet business requirements.• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and end-users togather requirements and convert them into working documents and models.• Data Dictionary Maintenance: Maintain the data dictionary of entities andmetadata repositories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.• Project Participation: Participate in projects through various phases,



ensuring datamodels align with project goals.• Collaboration: Work closely with DBAs to ensure effective data storage, retrieval,and security.• Performance Optimization: Prepare logical data models and physical databasedesigns optimized for performance, availability, and reliability.Qualifications:• Experience: Proven experience in dimensional data modelling (conceptual, logical,and physical data modelling) using IBM UDMH and IDA tool.• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Erwin data modelling tools,Experience in Infosphere Data Architect is preferred.• Database Design: Excellent understanding of Dimensional modelling concepts,database design, and best practices.• Healthcare Domain: Understanding of healthcare domain and concepts is a must.• Cloud Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Google Cloud)is preferred.• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, SMEs,data architects, and DBAs.• Analytical Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
