The role involves providing specialized support to adolescents experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors, including crisis intervention and long-term care coordination. The position requires expertise in adolescent mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct risk assessments for adolescents presenting with suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors.• Develop and implement individualized safety plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to adolescents in distress.• Coordinate care with schools, community organizations, and mental health professionals.• Document all interactions and maintain compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work,
