Guest Relationship Executive – Front Office / ReceptionAbout OSHO Himalayas:OSHO Himalayas is a wellness and meditation resort near Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, offering meditation programs throughout the year in a peaceful and nature-focused environment.About the Role:We are looking for a warm, professional, and guest-focused Guest Relationship Executive to join our Front Office / Reception team.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or other guest-facing roles and a genuine interest in creating comfortable, seamless, and memorable experiences for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude.Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and day-to-day front office operations.Respond to guest enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.Ensure a smooth and comfortable guest experience throughout their stay.Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.Handle guest concerns and complaints calmly, promptly,



and professionally.Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.Assist with reservations and other guest-related requirements as required.Maintain professional communication and coordination with guests and internal teams.Represent OSHO Himalayas with a high standard of hospitality and service.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Hospitality, or Customer Service.Prior experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Warm, polite, approachable, and skilled personality.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented while handling guest concerns.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Responsible, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team.Proficiency in basic computer operations and office software.Willingness to work on-site near Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in a distinctive wellness and hospitality environment.Professional growth in front office operations and guest relationship management.A supportive and people-centric work environment.Opportunity to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.How to Apply:An updated resume/CV is mandatory for this position.
