Rs8,00,000 – Rs 16,00,000Key Responsibilities- Building relationship with school principals & senior authorities.- Approach Grade A schools for student engagement activities for capturing leads.- Engage with education consultants- Participate in education fairs and create / execute outreach strategies to attract potential students.- Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.- Maintaining MIS- Coordinate and manage the admissions process.Required Profile:- Proven experience in admissions / outreach in education industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and MIS management- Solid knowledge of marketing and outreach strategies- Ability to interact confidently with school senior authorities- Strong network of premium school connections in Rajasthan preferred- Open to travelQualification & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some institutions).- 4+ years of experience in admissions and outreach roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
