Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Head to take complete ownership of centre operations, patient experience, business development and revenue growth.Key Responsibiities- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the IVF Centre- Drive patient footfall, IVF counselling, conversion and revenue targets- Lead and manage centre teams across clinical and non-clinical departments- Monitor the complete patient journey: Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF Start- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals and referral partners- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Telecalling and Counselling teams- Monitor centre-wise revenue, collections,



referrals and conversion performance- Identify business opportunities and strengthen the centre's market presence- Handle patient feedback and ensure excellent patient experience- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and target assessments- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, patient safety and NABH requirements- Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to managementCandidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in any disciplineMBA / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred6–10 years of relevant experience**IVF / Fertility / Hospital experience strongly preferred*Proven experience in centre operations, team management and revenue targetsStrong doctor relationship and business-development skillsExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilitiesintersted candidate share resume to [email protected]/ (phone hidden)
