Key Responsibilities:Coordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service activitiesSchedule and support field service engineers for timely customer responseManage customer service requests and ensure prompt resolutionCoordinate spare parts availability and service planningMonitor service KPIs, machine downtime, and customer satisfactionSupport AMC management, service reporting, and process improvementsWhat We're Looking For:- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline- 5+ years of experience in service coordination within machine manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automation sectors- Solid customer service, planning, and communication skills- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and service management processes- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
