Ecommerce Team Lead position

Key requirements:

Team Leadership: 4+ years of experience managing 10–15+ associates in a target-driven operations environment.

Domain Expertise: Solid hands-on experience with catalog management, product listings, taxonomy, and platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon.

Data & RCA: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with direct experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational reporting.

Client Management: Confident verbal and written communication for client calls and escalation handling.

SEO & Marketplace management: Candidate must know about complete SEO and Marketplace operations to understand the client needs.

Catalogue and Inventory Management: Important to know about Catalogue and Inventory to support team mates on the required work.

Business ethics: Candidate must know business ethics as they are handling client directly and understanding the work.
