As a Sr. UX designer and champion of people, their mentoring will include critiquing, providing design feedback, conducting retros & research that can influence engineering team decisions to enable optimal solutions for our customers. - 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experiencen
- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating outstanding end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devicesn




- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexityn
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in naturen
- Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deepn
- Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools Preferred qualificationsn
- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processesn
- Master's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Master's degreen
- Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services preferredn
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scalen
