Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

- Provide remote helpdesk and desktop support for end users.n
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services.n
- Assist with user management in Active Directory and AzureAD.n
- Support day-to-day operations of client networks, servers, and security systems.n
- Perform software updates, patches, and installations.n
- Participate in small to mid-sized project rollouts and technical deployments.n
- Document system configurations, updates, and procedures.n
- Assist senior consultants in client network monitoring and issue resolution.n
