n1. Job Purpose
nThe Project Manager – Operations will be responsible for end-to-end execution and successful completion of solar EPC projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed timelines, approved budgets, quality standards and safety requirements.
nThe role will act as the central coordination point between management, engineering, procurement, site teams, subcontractors, vendors and customers.
n1. Key Responsibilities
nA. Project Planning & Execution

- Take complete ownership of assigned solar projects from project handover to commissioning and closure.n
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules and milestone trackers.n
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.n
- Ensure project activities are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ,



specifications and timelines.n
- Monitor daily/weekly progress against planned targets.n
- Identify project delays and implement corrective actions.n
