nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an Automation QE - Cypress to drive test automation, quality engineering practices, and automation strategy across product teams.
nKey Responsibilities

- Define and drive the test automation strategy and roadmap.n
- Design, enhance, and maintain Cypress automation frameworks.n
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.n
- Develop and maintain stubs and mocks for reliable test execution.n
- Drive functional, regression, smoke, component, API, and E2E testing.n
- Identify and resolve flaky and redundant tests to improve automation quality.n
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and platform teams in an Agile environment.n

- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress automation.n
- Experience with CI/CD integration and automated quality gates.n
- Strong understanding of test stubbing/mocking and API testing.n
- Experience with Jest, Storybook, and Xray.n
- Experience in automation framework design and QE leadership.n
- Positive understanding of risk-based and shift-left testing practices.n
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.n
