Job Description — Junior Project Manager (EdTech / Publishing)Location: Hybrid ( Noida)Experience: 2–4 yearsIndustry: EdTech / Publishing / Learning ContentEmployment Type: 6 Months contract( can convert into fulltime if performed well within 6months)About the RoleThis role is specifically for candidates with hands-on experience in EdTech, eLearning,course development, educational content, digital learning products, publishing workflows,or similar projects. Candidates with only IT/software development project managementexperience will not be considered.The role requires hands-on project coordination experience across content, instructionaldesign, SMEs, assessment, editing, QA, design.The primary responsibility of this role will be to coordinate between internal teams,external vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, andaccording to quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day project activities across internal teams, vendors, and clients.Act as the primary coordination point for project-related communication and follow-ups.Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities.Coordinate with content writers, editors, instructional designers, SMEs, designers,developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.Communicate project requirements, briefs, feedback, and changes clearly to relevantteams.Follow up on pending tasks and proactively highlight delays, risks,
and dependencies.Organize and participate in client and internal project meetings and maintainMOM/action trackers.Maintain project trackers, status reports, dashboards, and documentation.Support the Project Manager/Project Lead in planning and monitoring projectexecution.Coordinate client reviews, feedback cycles, revisions, and final approvals.Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, and timeline requirements.Escalate issues appropriately and support the team in resolving project bottlenecks.Maintain proper documentation of project communications, decisions, approvals,and changes.Required Experience2–4 years of experience in project coordination/project management, preferably inEdTech, educational publishing, academic publishing, e-learning, or digital contentdevelopment.Prior experience working on course development or learning-content projects ishighly preferred.Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, andinternal teams.Good understanding of content development workflows and publishing/EdTechprocesses.Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.Strong follow-up and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.Required SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to maintain project trackers and monitor deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Ability to identify potential delays and escalate issues proactively.Comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Word, and project-management tools.Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
